Before You Arrive
Call us to request your username and password for our Patient Portal. Please log in at the Patient Portal before your appointment to update your information and sign our HIPAA form that protects your privacy.
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, also known as HIPAA, prohibits your health care providers from releasing your health care information unless you have provided your health care provider with a HIPAA release form.

Do I need a referral to see the urologists at Cape Urology?
No. Our providers do not require a referral. However, many insurance plans require a referral from your primary care provider. Check with your insurance carrier to clarify what your specific plan requires.

What insurance carriers are we in network with?
Cape Urology is in-network with a number of insurance carriers. However, there can be many different plans under each carrier, making it difficult to determine our network status without having your card present to review. To insure a smooth reimbursement experience, we suggest you confirm network status directly with you insurance carrier, prior to your visit and always bring your current card with you when you check in.
Are we taking new patients?
Yes, all of our providers are accepting new patients.

Do you accept payments on my balance due?
Yes, accounts in good standing are allowed to make payment arrangements on their account balance. However, elective/non-covered procedures and treatments may require payment in advance of scheduling.
